Product Review: Swimsuit and Socks

I wanted to go over two items that I've had in my dresser for a little while now.  Needless to say, that means that I've had time to use them.

I found this swimsuit by Glam Swimwear on Amazon a few years ago.  It wasn't expensive and I was concerned about the quality.  When it arrived, I threw it on and took this photo.  Not too shabby.  It fits pretty well, though being a busty D-cup I would have liked a little more bust support.  The only issue I had was super minor - I had a loose button that I stitched back into place.  Big deal.

A few months ago, I was at Sams Club with my mom and came across these socks by Darn Tough.  These are merino wool socks, made 100% in the USA (Vermont to be exact).  The packing is very retro and these guys stand by their product enough to have a lifetime guarantee.  I know they aren't super rockabilly, but I believe that with their high quality, made in the USA, and funkiness they represent a bit of rockabilly philosophy.  I bought two pair, one black and one maroon.  They do have a bit of compression to them, but I believe these were designed that way.

Don't forget about the Fishing Lure Giveaway that's going on!  I'd love to see you all posing with my lures -- and catching fish with them too!
