Weightlifting Seminar

This weekend I attended a two-day weightlifting seminar at my crossfit gym (Crossfit Fairbanks).  Coach Ma and Coach Manuel from Ma Strength guided us through snatches, cleans, and jerks.  I learned a lot and had a blast!  I now know why my split jerks are so wobbly - I lean forward and need to have internal rotation for my arms.  For my cleans - I also lean forward a little.  I need to move straight down.  As for my snatches, I think my form was good, I just needed to work on arm rotation (internal, not external).

I need a pair of weightlifting shoes.  I was one of the only people without them and it's effecting my weightlifting performance.
