Plum & Apple Pie

Plum & Apple Pie

1 Pre-Made Pie Crust
5 Black Plums, Firm
3 Apples
2 TBSP Cornstarch or Arrowroot Powder
1/4 cup Agave Nectar or Honey or Sugar
1 TBSP Cinnamon
2 shots Honey Whiskey
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Water

1. Chop up your plums into bite size chunks and place into a pot with the water.
2. While your plums start to heat up, peel and chop your apples into bite size chunks.  Add these to the pot as well.
3. Add in the cornstarch, agave, cinnamon, honey whiskey, and vanilla.  Stir very well and let this start to boil.  Stir occassionally after it starts to bubble.
4. Roll out your pre-made pie crust and press it into a pie dish.  Preheat oven to 350F.
5. Once your plum and apple filling starts to thicken up (roughly after 8 minutes), dump it into the pie pan.
6. At this point, you can choose to have a top crust or not.  I usually prefer no top crust because honestly, that means I can just make another pie after this one is gone.  If you want the top crust, this is the time to put it on.
7. Bake for 45-55 minutes.
