Ration Challenge Update

After my first week on the Ration Challenge, these are my thoughts on the pros and cons.  Tell me what you think.  Are you going to try the Ration Challenge?  Here's a link to the original post about the 1940s Ration Challenge.  I'd love to see what you come up with for food or if you decide to try out some 1940s rations recipes.
