I can't believe the difficulties of creating a cookbook. It's not in writing the recipes. That's the easy part. I keep thinking about chapters. This is cookbook geared towards daily use. I thought "I'll just do Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Dessert". Now I'm wondering if I should do Breakfast, Light Fare, Heavy Fare, and Dessert. I mean, some people like a heavy lunch, light dinner; others like the opposite.
I also need to make and photograph everything. I hate it when a cookbook doesn't have a picture for things. I always wonder if I made it correctly or I totally ignore it.
The cookbook will be geared for everyday vintage-life. I know that I eat paleo and some things in the cookbook definitely are paleo, but be reassured that not everything is paleo.
I'm actually thinking about producing a handful of cookbooks for everyday vintage-life. I have ideas pouring in my brain like water into a pitcher!
Do you have a favorite vintage recipe? I have two: my grandpa's ambrosia salad and pretty much anything with jello. Leave me a comment with your favorite vintage recipe!!!
